Sailing


RYA Level 1

A two day introduction to dinghy sailing for newcomers to the sport. You will learn the basics of sailing to enable you to get safely afloat

D3 Sat 3rd - Sun 4th July

RYA Level 2

A three day follow up to the level 1 course, designed to improve sailing skills and techniques and enable you to sail in light winds.

Cost : £225 - Times : 9am - 5 pm

D7 Sat 12th, Sat 19th & Sun 20th June

D8 Sat 10th, Sat 17th & Sun 18th July

D9 Sun 9th, Sat 16th & Sun 17th October


Powerboating


RYA Level 1 & 2

This two day course takes place on the Thames and develops powerboat handling, safety and seamanship in both planing and displacement craft.

Cost : £225 - Times : 9am - 5 pm

P1 Sat 24th & Sun 25th April (Sailing Club Members Only)

P2 Sat 26th & Sun 27th June

P3 Sat 24th & Sun 25th July


Power


RYA Safety Boat Course

This is a two day course in safety and rescue techniques and is aimed at experienced power boat handlers. This course can be run by arrangement, please contact the Centre for further information.

Cost : £TBA / £TBA (SBSC members) - Times : 9am - 5 pm
